Jeff Clark is Chief Revenue Officer for mDialog, the leading provider of cloud-based video advertising technology. As Chief Revenue Officer, Clark oversees expanding the company’s customer base including global sales, marketing and business development. Clark is based in San Francisco where he runs the company’s US headquarters.
Since joining mDialog in early 2012, the company has worked with some of the largest broadcasters and service providers in North America, helping them develop multi-platform video delivery strategies that replicate the traditional television break with 1 to 1 addressability across any connected device.
Clark has more than two decades of experience in the media and technology sectors. He comes to mDialog from CBS Interactive where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Entertainment division. At CBS Interactive he was primarily responsible for the network’s flagship property, CBS.com, and the distribution and management of all online ad-supported video. Prior to CBS, Clark had senior management experience with Yahoo! and successful start-ups including Dotspotter (sold to CBS in 2006) and Videosurf (sold to Microsoft in 2011).
Peentoo Patel is Chief Technology Officer at mDialog, the leader in video stream management on connected devices. As CTO, Patel oversees the creation and development of mDialog’s proprietary ad-insertion technologies, including the patented mDialog Smart Stream Platform as well as innovations in 1 to 1 addressability and ad routing for linear and live programming on connected devices. He is actively involved with the company’s strategic partners to provide integrated turn-key solutions, and also works with industry standards organizations to further advance the state of IP video delivery and monetization.
Prior to mDialog, Patel worked for Sapient, a global services company that helps clients transform in the areas of business, marketing, and technology. At Sapient, Patel oversaw the implementation and execution of scalable, business-critical enterprise systems in a variety of industries, such as Energy and Insurance.
Murray Thomas joined mDialog in December 2011 and is responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative aspects with a primary emphasis on financial reporting, planning, forecasting and analysis, and human resources to support mDialog’s growth initiatives.
Murray has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, planning, and reporting, as well as business development activities including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Over the course of his career, he has been CFO at both public and private companies. Previously, Murray has worked in senior positions with OANDA, Macquarie, Logitech, Harmony Remote and Basis100, and has been directly involved in raising more than $100 million in debt and equity, as well as helped oversee numerous acquisitions and post-acquisition integrations.
Murray is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and graduated with Distinction from University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce.
