Rich mentions that each time he uploads to the site he sees an encoding issue result. His audio and video are not synced after the upload. He will be unable to use this service if the issue cannot be corrected.

At the advice of a friend, I've opened an account at mdialog. I agree with him. The video resolution is much more clear than other similar services. One disappointment: The uploader software crashed when trying to select my camera.
