The purpose of the ROM is to determine the range of motion of your limbs. With this in mind, it's important to remember to bend all of your limbs. And remember, always start and end in the T-Pose!

Attaching the shoe piece to your shoes is not always necessary. Often, you will want more flexibiliy with your feet so you can use the sticky tape to attach the markers to your socks. (White socks won't affect your capture either)
